The chart

Paint one repeat, stitch by stitch — the one outlined in gold. Every cell has knitting’s true proportions, wider than it is tall, so the drawing never lies about the fabric.

The same stitches, knitted. Thirteen of them carry the whole width: the studio tiles the repeat edge to edge, strand by strand, in the wool you chose.
