The chart

Paint one repeat, stitch by stitch — the one outlined in gold. Every cell has knitting’s true proportions, wider than it is tall, so the drawing never lies about the fabric.

The fabric

The same stitches, knitted. Thirteen of them carry the whole width: the studio tiles the repeat edge to edge, strand by strand, in the wool you chose.

Recolor without recharting. One medallion, three wools, all of it the studio’s own knitting. Swap a shade on the bench and the whole fabric re-knits in front of you.

Paint a single repeat and the studio knits it all the way round, round by round, decreases and all, from the shoulders up to the neck. The fan you see is the yoke you will knit.

Then export the chart as a PDF, with the yoke beside it, and take it to the needles.
